TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Definitions

1.1 Company - Refers to UK Inflatables LTD, the manufacturer and supplier of inflatables.

1.2 Customer - Any individual, business, or entity purchasing products from the Company.

1.3 Products - Refers to bouncy castles, inflatables, and any other related items manufactured and supplied by the Company.

1.4 Order - The request made by the Customer to purchase Products from the Company.

1.5 Agreement - These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Company and the Customer.

2. Orders and Payments

2.1 Orders must be placed in writing or through our official ordering channels.

2.2 A minimum deposit of 50% is required at the time of order confirmation, with the remaining balance payable before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

2.3 Prices are subject to change without notice, except for confirmed orders.

2.4 All payments must be made in sterling via cash or bank transfer.

3. Manufacturing and Delivery

3.1 Production timelines will be provided upon order confirmation. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the Customer as soon as possible.

3.2 The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or force majeure events.

3.3 Delivery costs will be charged separately unless explicitly stated in the order confirmation.

4. Warranty and Liability

4.1 The Company provides a warranty of 12 months against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

4.2 The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper setup, poor maintenance, vandalism, or natural wear and tear.

4.3 The Company's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products and does not extend to any indirect or consequential losses.

5. Safety and Compliance

5.1 All inflatables manufactured by the Company comply with PIPA and BSEN14960 safety standards.

5.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring that inflatables are used safely and according to manufacturer guidelines.

5.3 The Company is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages caused by improper use, lack of supervision, or non-compliance with safety regulations.

5.4 Customers must comply with all local laws and safety standards regarding the operation of inflatables.

6. Cancellations and Returns

6.1 Orders may only be canceled within 7 days of confirmation; otherwise, deposits are non-refundable.

6.2 Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect products and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

6.3 Custom made products are non-refundable unless faulty.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

7.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of British Standard BS EN 14960.

7.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, legal proceedings in the relevant jurisdiction.

8. General Provisions

8.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

8.2 Customers agree to these Terms and Conditions upon placing an order.
