1. Introduction
Thank you for purchasing an inflatable from UK Inflatables. This manual provides important safety, operation, and maintenance information to ensure safe and proper use. It is essential that all operators read and understand this manual before setting up and operating the inflatable.

3. Safety Requirements
3.1. Operator Responsibilities
The operator must be at least 18 years old and trained in the safe operation of the inflatable.
The inflatable must never be left unattended while in use.
Ensure all safety rules are followed and take action if users do not comply.
3.2. Site Requirements
The ground must be level, clean, and free from sharp objects.
If using outdoors, secure the inflatable with metal anchor stakes (min. 380mm long, 16mm thick) or sandbags.
Maintain a 1.2m clearance around the inflatable, free from walls, fences, or other obstacles.
3.3. Wind Speed & Weather Conditions
Do not operate in winds exceeding 24mph (38km/h) (Force 5 on the Beaufort Scale).
In wet weather, ensure the blower and extension leads remain dry and protected.
If strong winds or storms occur, evacuate the inflatable immediately and deflate it.
4. Setting Up the Inflatable
1. Unroll the inflatable on a clean, flat surface.
2. Attach the blower to the inflation tube and ensure a secure connection.
3. Check all anchor points and secure them properly using stakes or sandbags.
4. Turn on the blower and allow the inflatable to fully inflate.
5. Inspect for any leaks, tears, or obstructions before use.
5. Operating Rules
5.1. User Safety Rules
No shoes, food, or drinks on the inflatable.
No sharp objects (glasses, keys, jewelry) allowed.
No flips, wrestling, or rough play.

5.2. Supervision & Crowd Control
The operator must monitor user behavior at all times.

6. Deflation & Storage
1. Ensure all users have exited before turning off the blower.

3. Allow the inflatable to fully deflate before folding.
4. Clean and dry the inflatable before storage to prevent mold.
5. Store in a cool, dry area, away from direct sunlight or moisture.
7. Inspection & Maintenance
Before each use:
Check for any visible damage, wear, or loose seams.
Ensure all anchor points are secure.
Every 12 months (Annual Inspection):
A PIPA or RPII inspector must inspect the inflatable for compliance with BS EN 14960.
8. Emergency Procedures
Power Failure
In the event of power loss, users must exit immediately in an orderly manner.
Deflate the inflatable once all users have safely exited.
Strong Winds or Sudden Weather Changes
Evacuate users immediately if wind speeds exceed 24mph.
Deflate and secure the inflatable to prevent movement.
